This site uses the following payment providers to offer you several ways to pay for your order:
- Stripe accepts all major credit/debit cards, also ones that may be specific to your country.
- Mollie accepts all major credit/debit cards, iDeal (Netherlands only), and Sofort (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands).
- Paypal allows you to pay from your Paypal account, or using one of the major credit/debit cards (it’s a bit hidden, so scroll down the Paypal login screen to find the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button).
Let me know if you experience any problems with paying for your order, regardless of the payment method.
Payment must be received within 3 days of ordering, otherwise, regretfully, the order will be cancelled. Please contact me if you think that payment will take longer than 3 days.
In general, orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after I have received payment. All my items are shipped using Priority (First Class) mail.
Orders within the European Union should arrive within 3-5 working days. If you live further afield then it could take up to 5-10 working days, at a minimum. Your order could take longer to arrive if it gets caught up in customs. Orders are not tracked or insured unless you specifically request and pay for this.
Where possible I recycle my packaging. Loose beads and small pieces of jewellery are wrapped individually in tissue paper and then bubble-wrap. Fun lapel pins and headpins are individually wrapped in tissue paper and then placed into a cardboard tube which is then bubble-wrapped. All other items are packaged in a gift box. All items are placed in a padded envelope. Where possible I will try to ensure that the package can be delivered by normal post, through your letterbox. If you would prefer me to place your items in a box, please let me know (extra charges may apply).
